MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER – Civil Labourer (Asphalt & Concrete)

• Deliver operational maintenance for civil, asphalt, and concrete assets.

• Perform hands-on asphalt laying, patching, concrete pouring, screeding, and finishing.

• Utilise asset management systems to log and remediate defects.

• Operate and maintain a range of plant, tools, and heavy civil equipment safely.

• Provide practical technical advice to team members and customers.

• Uphold strict workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.

Skills & Experience

• Required: Proven hands-on civil laboring experience with direct expertise in asphalt and concrete works.

• Current Class 'C' Driver's Licence (MR or HR preferred).

• Physical fitness for strenuous outdoor laboring tasks.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.

• Cert II/III in Civil Construction or plant tickets highly regarded.
